After a shooting during an argument on March 22, 2026, Webber reportedly pulled over and asked two back-seat passengers to help remove the victim from the vehicle.
When the witnesses refused and left the car to contact police, Webber drove off with the body.
The victim's body was found about two hours later in a yard in Charlotte Hall, Maryland.
Webber was later located and arrested at a hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia.
He is facing charges including first-degree murder, according to WFIE | 14 News.
